"The dreams of Kaspar Hauser"
catalog design
"The dream of Kaspar Hauser" is an exhibition which deals with the mysterious story of Kaspar Hauser, a German boy who claimed to have grown up in the total isolation of a darkened cell. Hauser's claims, and his subsequent death by stabbing, sparked much debate and controversy.
The exhibition is a series of paintings and video art by the artist Shay Alexandroni and was presented in "House of Artists" in Tel Aviv. During the process with Shai I wanted to bring out the feeling of darkness and detention, but also to give the various works of locks and brackets their place on the page.
"Night. Vision" catalog design
"Night. Vision" is an exhibition that presents the paintings of the artist Noa Rabiner. Through the exhibition the viewer can experience frames from the artist's dreams, transformed from her mind into actual images with her unique interpretation.
The colours and her way of paintings reminded
me the simplicity of drawings from the beginning
the 20th century, and I aspired to complete this feeling with a clear and simple typography that accompanies the catalog, giving her paintings their right place.
"Touching" catalog design
Esti Drori Hayut's exhibition, "Touching", is an intergenerational dialogue. The exhibition refers to the paintings of Esti's mother, the artist Miriam Drori. Guy, the grandson of Miriam and Esti's son, also takes part in this artistic dialogue.
He refers to his grandmother through an animation and a painting he created. The catalog is accompanied by the poems of Miriam which were a major influence and inspiration during Esti's process.
